Ezekial gave a nod to Mikhail's statement. "I must say I feel the same. Well, if you aren't part of this war, might I ask what prompted you to come by and introduce yourself at least?" He was quite curious about Mikhail. He didn't believe in the war... so what was he doing in the heart of the city that it was being played out on?

"Ok...two werewolves and a vamp. Huh you think they would have eaten each other by now." Buffy said looking through her spy glasses as she sighed, "Ok, so one is armed with more then teeth, the other clearly has issues and that one is crazy. Alright normal night." Buffy said slightly disappointed as she put the glasses down and cracked her back, "Honestly, Giles should be doing this NOT me..." she scoffed standing and decided that for now it would be better to remain hidden in the shadows since they were talking about the war. She needed all the info she could get, even if it was from these guys. The oldest man looked alright, but the other two she couldnt feel safe about.

Riley continued to watch Mikhail carefully as he and Ezekial spoke. She really wasn't sure how to take this vampire being civil. Well she was happy at least he hadn't decided to make her relive her last vampire encounter.
"Yes, how could you be sure we wouldn't attack you?" Rliey asked finally saying more than two words to him. She'd give him a chance she decided.

Mikhail looked to Ezekial, his soft blue eyes smiling at the Lycan.......almost. There was still that tinge of darkness that tainted the vampire just so that a true smile never showed through in his eyes. This vampire had seen dark times and had done some terrible things, but once he'd gotten control of that dark side of him, he felt ashamed of those things he'd done.
Well mostly, I'm curious about others, be they human, Lycan, or vampire, so really it's just a quirk of mine to find out about people..........what they are - what they're about, he explained, his voice gentle and slightly withdrawn. He could tell that Riley was still uncomfortable around him, so he kept himself as composed as a well-bred gentleman, hoping to ease her tensions somewhat around him. If she had had a bad experience with a vampire, he wanted to be able to show her that not all vampires were like that, especially him.
"Yes, how could you be sure we wouldn't attack you?"
Mikhail smiled as he turned his gaze to Riley, and he chuckled lightly at her comment. Well, truth is, I didn't know whether or not you would or wouldn't attack me. I took that chance, but the two of you - from what little I could sense about you - seemed to be more civil than quite a few of the other Lycans I had ever run across. So, like I said, I took that chance, he replied to her question. Slowly, Mikhail's eyes closed and he lifted his nose in the air, taking in a long breath before exhaling and lowering his head, opening his eyes to once again look at Ezekial and Riley. We're being watched, but I can't tell where they are, but I know they're there, he stated softly.

Buffy cocked her head looking through the glasses. "Shoot." Buffy said knowing her scent must have been caught down wind. Searching through her bag she couldnt find anything that would help her right now. "Oh #$$@#!!!!" Buffy swore. She grabbed the wrong bag! Indy had hers and she had his! Books and maps. "Im going to kill him.." Buffy said pissed off as she was now weaponless with a two old Lycans and a vampire.
